She seems like such a genuine person when she speaks. Not like she's rehearsed what she's saying but speaking from the heart. Attending this Q&A made me love her even more! Surface Pressure was already my favorite song from Encanto before this, lol.
Jessica is such a good sport - to do this without the proper mics, backing and in this large of a crowd is no small thing even for seasoned performers!

We have a three year old daughter, and have yet to get through the movie while watching it with her, because she makes us rewind and rewatch “Surface Pressure” over and over again. And we love it too. What a phenomenal performance.

I think Disney dropped the ball by not nominating this song for 2021 best song Oscar. I know Dos Org. Had a lot of meaning to the story and Bruno was more popular but this song was imo the best.
An employee of the convention. Their job is just to be up there with her, ask some questions and help move things along for the panel. It's Jessica's first ever panel so they usually get helpers. Once you've done it a few times they will go up by themselves. Depending if they're comfortable with it.
