    제가 종종 우리 아이들에게 만들어 먹이던 후기 이유식 만들기입니다. 한우와 찹쌀을 넣고 만든 기본 이유식의 형태에요. 아이에게 가장 좋은것만 먹이고 싶던 제 마음을 담은 요리입니다 ^^
    재료
    한우 (보습살) 120g, 멥쌀 1/2컵, 찹쌀 1 1/2Tbs, 양파 반개, 당근 20g, 애호박 40g, 참기름약간, 물 5 컵, 물 4컵

    It's a late baby food that I often made and fed to my children. It is a basic baby food made with Korean beef and glutinous rice. It's a dish of my heart that I wanted to feed my child the best. ^^
    Ingredient
    120g of Korean beef, 1/2 cup of nonglutinous rice, 1/2 Tbs of glutinous rice, half an onion, 20g of carrots, 40g of zucchini, sesame oil, 5 cups of water, 4 cups of water

      8 ~ 9개월 정도 부터는 조금씩 살펴 보면서 먹여도 될 것 같은데요

      고기 삶은 육수에 다진 소고기 넣고
      믹서기에 갈아준 거예요 ~*

    한우는 꼭 보습살사용해야되나요??
    소분한것 냉동보관후 렌지 로데우는것말고 ※다시 끓여서줘야하나봐요아가야를먹일때요????

      부드러운 살고기를 사용해야해서요~ 안심을 사용하셔도 좋아요. 작은 냄비에
      물을 조금 넣고 한번 끓여서 먹이시면 더 좋지요 ~
