And for me, one of the perks of having a mother that really didn't give a sh*t about me was going to the video store to pick out movies to watch and as soon as we got in the store I'd make a bee line straight to the horror section, and so I watched all the classics like The Omen, The Exorcist, Amityville Horror, Halloween, Friday The 13th ect, when I was probably 11 or 12 years old. @StinkySeaGoat "Sleeping is a human thing" Ermmm...I guess you are just unaware of the fact that literally every living thing (except plants) need to sleep. Even fish and other sea dwellers go to sleep. And I completely understand anxiety, (I have G.A.D unfortunately) so I get where you are coming from with the "SO many things can literally kill you in the dark" bit, however, unless you are completely deaf, the chances of someone or some thing coming in completely silently to murder you are very slim, (you got a better chance of being mugged on the street in a large crowded city in broad daylight.) I mean, you are going to hear someone approaching while you are sleeping, and that will wake you up. Hell, even if someone does manage to ninja their way into your bedroom in the middle of the night, and you leave the doors and windows not only unlocked but open, (because someone on the outside opening a door or window and entering, will in fact produce sound) so, if a person, (or a bear, or even a radioactive wolverine,) silently makes it into your bedroom, and you are sleeping with the door open, which if you do have anxiety issues, then you would never actually do, and they just linger infront of your bed, that alone you will indeed wake you up. Showering in the dark: This is why I keep my phone near enough that I could find it in the dark, should the power go out while I'm in the shower I want a light on hand. 16:30 ~ not quite, but close enough summary of Brie Larson who decided to make a TH-cam channel, didn't know how to launch it, was verified account IMMEDIATELY, then asked her "fans" what she should do. That wasn't awkward and unfair or anything. I've been on this website since 2006, made _this_ account in May 2007 and still am not verified. It's the idea behind her stunt that blows my mind. Show up, get that phony certified status, and ask people what to do with the channel.... then abandon it.
Showering in the dark: This is why I keep my phone near enough that I could find it in the dark, should the power go out while I'm in the shower I want a light on hand. I also have considered putting those "push to turn on" lights on the wall by the shower so i could reach out and slap it. A little light is better than 0 light.

Inn WWII their history page conveniently skips (it had to do with kamikazes)

I prefer shorter seasons, aka the British model. It generally results in higher quality and a more coherent story. Less episodes means less chance for filler.
