I am sticking to the suburban life style. There is a good reason people fled cities in the first place; and things like overpopulation and EMP attacks could cause people to flee once more.
This sounds really cool, but honestly, the more I hear about this the more I realize that this comes from academics that observe what is happening on the ground then come up with theories to EXPLAIN the "phenomena", but never solutions, never answers, only theories, graphs, ideas, saying that people are a "destructive species" (which is one of the biggest lies of our generation). Why did Amazon choose NY? It is very simple, because decision-makers at Amazon are in the trenches and they do what's best for them, and NY is what's best for their business. Is it good for anyone else? Perhaps not, but we do not have anyone else with the gutts and their heads screwed-on tight (and of course the capital) to do something about it.
I'm guessing Amazon chose new York as a hq for distribution purpose not for "tradition"
Omg this is actually epic 😎🤠🤠🤠

Yes, but why is NY so good for business?
