I stand shoulder to shoulder with all of the great philosophers whom passed down this knowledge. Big up Marcus, Seneca and Epictetus.....

I’ve learned to “embrace good enough and imperfection” what a relief! My life is much better. Now I focus on making progress: one step at a time.

The idea of 'Strategic Silence' from today's talk was incredibly insightful. It's fascinating how powerful choosing when to speak can be in personal and professional settings. Has anyone else tried implementing this in their life? What were your outcomes?

*Struggling with an overdose in my Miami apartment, surrounded by the effects of different drugs, I reached for my phone. I couldn’t see what I was doing, but this song started playing on TH-cam. My heart was racing until the room went white and I felt at peace. Jesus Christ is real and saved me.*
