Hey there Steve. Another interesting video, thanks! I really like the step by step cooking, and it looked tasty too. It has given me some ideas of how I can cook the fish that I catch. Keep them coming!
Once again chef Steve, great vid! You start my day off up here in below weather, and get my stomach grumbling. Its a good thing i can,t reach in the screen and grab some LOL.
I just finished watching a video of Andy's fishing and they take long he records like a movie and I really like ur videos man there awesome but Andy's fishing are just not great like URS keep up the good work kayak!👍keep fishing a big like!!
Eat it bro!!! When you eating it describe what the texture is like what it taste like.. like a cooking review of what u just made... not anything weird thats all we wanna know if what we just saw u make if it was good or not.. so we know if we want to try it.. thats all Steve. Thanks for another good video bro
for the next one you should do it with raw snapper, dip the whole roll in batter & tempura, and deep fry the whole roll. Thats how i did it w/ some Bar-Jacks. those veggies look like quite the fit for the whole meal. Awesome vid!!!
you're making the Geisha girls jealous. My sushi turns out pretty good and I like your use of the zip lock, I was screwing around with saran wrap(too flimsy)
Great video. Looks tasty. Oh, BTW, I was at a Japanese restaurant a week ago and they served battered, deep fried green beans...give it a go...awesome.
Bro I was panicking to see if you were gonna top the 2nd roll with the sesame seeds lol...that a boy you came thru! Keep the vids coming and PLEASE make more Catch and Cook similar vibe as the one you used the Bottle top propane at that Park :) My wife and I will be hoping! Have a good one brother
Yo Steve your definitely the guy who when you toss a bag and pack of papers to twist one up you get an empty bag back and end up getting super baked them some fatty sushi rolls
Another awesome vid! Some constructive criticism, though, please try to get the volume of the music to be similar to the rest, so that I don't have to run for the remote control. Thanks again!
said it before... Steve, you eat like a champion, hahahahahahaahaa.... Seriously, could you feed yourself on seafood year round in Fla, if you traveled the coast? Tight lines!
I wish I could have a better supply of shrimp and blue crabs. We have some but not in vast quatities like up north. Then I would be set. Plus, I love my fast food.
Hey Steve. My wife and I will be at Geiger Key for our honeymoon April 10-15th. Bringing our fishing kayaks of course. If you're not busy it'd be awesome to get together and catch a few. Hit me back if you're interested bud.
So cool! Now I want to try to make sushi, you are a great teacher. Thanks!
Glad to hear. Not too hard to make. Save you a lot of money if you are a restaurant Sushi eater.
DAMN that looks good!!!
It hit the spot and save $15 bucks.

Love your videos so much , I grew up in Daytona Beach and moved to toronto when i was 16. Your videos bring me right back that's for sure.
Thanks. A lot of people use my videos as a bridge until they can make it back.
Once again chef Steve, great vid! You start my day off up here in below weather, and get my stomach grumbling. Its a good thing i can,t reach in the screen and grab some LOL.

Hey I finally got you to make sushi!!! Nice video man!!
Yea, I broke down. Check out this Sundays.
you're making the Geisha girls jealous. My sushi turns out pretty good and I like your use of the zip lock, I was screwing around with saran wrap(too flimsy)
Hey Steve, if you get the blade of your knife wet a little it will help cut through the sushi a lot cleaner next time. Love your vids man!
awesome vid as always
Appreciate it Steven.
we usually use raw fish to make this "Norimaki" in Japan, but using Tempra Fish is very good idea. looks super delicious.
Yea, I will be doing some raw fish next. Just going to be doing different variations. Make it Keys Sushi. LOL. Just a little different.
Well...looks healthier than a burrito.
Bon apetit!
Yea, not too much bad stuff in there.
Great video. Looks tasty. Oh, BTW, I was at a Japanese restaurant a week ago and they served battered, deep fried green beans...give it a go...awesome.
My green beans were Tempura battered. A bit less heavy.
Excellent! You should add a vid on sticky rice. Makes me miss maui.
I did this type of sticky rice. th-cam.com/video/FIdZxPHGheI/w-d-xo.html
awesome vid!!!
Thanks Ricardo.
Thanks for checking them out. Will be doing more of the cooking on the fly. That portable unit makes it pretty easy.
Hi there Steve, great vid bra, in't nothing better than fresh fried 🐟, btw you have the same phone case like me 😂, keep up the great work Steve 👍
Thanks. I had a pink one but I dropped it and it broke. They are cheap and actually work so will keep using them.
nice I am probably going to do a catch n cook soon
Good deal. Variety in your videos will keep people coming back.
love the title (10 out of 10)
That was a good one. LOL.
Steve your making me hungry lol
Good. Then it came out good.
Hey man I have a bunch of Silver Perch under my dock. Any idea what to do with them?
If they are small, use them for live bait to catch pretty much everything. They might be what we call a Mojarra. Great bait for everything.
Yo Steve your definitely the guy who when you toss a bag and pack of papers to twist one up you get an empty bag back and end up getting super baked them some fatty sushi rolls
Yea, passing the snappushi around.
hey. whats that rig on the side of your yak where your paddle sits? is it to help your kyak stay afloat and does it work?
It is an outrigger for added stability.
Very good vid- I love your catch & cooks! 1. Why do you cut off the stomach meat when you fillet? 2. Steve's "moving on up" He's got new grates
Not worth the effort with the rib bones.
I'm coming to Key West in a few days!!!!!!!!!!!!
Starting Sunday it should start getting nice again.
Next time poke holes in your plastic bag,or just wrap the bamboo in clear cling wrap, it will work perfect. I am a sushi chef myself, good job👏👏🤘
This is easier. Ziploc bag. It sort of sealed itself. Waterproof so re-useable.
Another awesome vid! Some constructive criticism, though, please try to get the volume of the music to be similar to the rest, so that I don't have to run for the remote control. Thanks again!
Only way to get you to get off your ass.
Nah, tv ads with the same sound quality cause the same reaction.
great video thanks so how many times out the week u eat fish
Just a couple. I love fast food.
Tip- wrapping the sushi rolls in saran wrap will make your cuts easier and cleaner
Seemed like it cut pretty easy to me.
Yummy 😋
It came out pretty good. Almost as good as the stuff you get at Publix. LOL.
Steve eat it. :( like a mukbun.. looks delicious...
Sometimes I just need my privacy. LOL. Always change things up to keep people coming back for more.
Excellent preparation Steve!! Did you save the ends for the neighbor's cat???;-):-):-)
bait for my cat trap.
Quick Q there Steve, can you do a cooking vid w those singing yardbirds? 😂
The neighborhood would be happy if I did. They are not quite farm raised so questionable quality.
what fish is that i got into salt water fishing about 1year ago love the video keep it up bro
mangrove snapper.
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Yum Yum
said it before... Steve, you eat like a champion, hahahahahahaahaa.... Seriously, could you feed yourself on seafood year round in Fla, if you traveled the coast? Tight lines!

New grill.
Key West Kayak Fishing , congrats!
Did u ever try freshwater fishing?
Back on the mainland I fished for everything. Here there is no freshwater fish.
Key West Kayak Fishing trip thanks man
Hey Steve. My wife and I will be at Geiger Key for our honeymoon April 10-15th. Bringing our fishing kayaks of course. If you're not busy it'd be awesome to get together and catch a few. Hit me back if you're interested bud.
I'm always around. Maybe see you on the water.
Yes please..lol
Check out this coming Sundays for a new variation.
hold up hold up hold up I heard a rooster in the background the fuck anyways good vid
You haven't heard of Key West chickens. Where you been.
It could just be me but I personally like your vids better without music
Like 10 seconds. You'll survive.
would it be rude to ask what your ethnic background is? Just curious cause you look like a mix of a few different backgrounds.
Just one. Japanese. But I speak Spanish/English.
Everything's good but not a fan of the music
I'll do some 70's Disco for you next time.
