Pidcock is on fire, it's so exciting to watch anything he races in.
These Highlights are better than the one on Red Bull Bike channel. We can see the riders riding a bit and not just a few seconds as well as take benefit of the speacher passion. We live more the situation opposite to the other Highlights.

Pidcock can be a great grand tour rider. MVDP is too heavy built of course. I like watching them both but Pidcock is pure W/kg while MVDP is, just crazy.

Well deserved win by the rising star Pidcock! Van der Poel worked too much on the front...
No, Pidcock is just better on the mountainbike - which is logical given that he’s very long and quite heavy for a mountainbiker (especially compared to Pidcock). MVDP did have a busier schedule than Pidcock, Pidcock has done more mountainbiking since 2020 and MVDP’s back suffers from the mountainbikes (at least the first couple of races), but I still think Pidcock is better than MVDP, especially when there’re significant climbs.
If Pidcock makes it to the Olympics, I don’t see MVDP win it - especially since his preparation will be horrible, given that he’ll ride the TdF a really short time before the Olympics (what he’s obligated to do for his sponsors).
If his schedule was more balanced, he would’ve won more important races already - such the Tour of Flanders where he was suffering from fatigue in the sprint for the win.
Pidcock is the ONLY beast makes MVDP look like a chump. I told you so all along...
