    INGREDIENTS:
    FOR THE SPONGE CAKE
    350g Lotus Biscoff Biscuit Crumbs
    2 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    355ml Warm Plant-Based Milk
    Topping (Optional)
    (Louts Biscoff Spread, Chocolate Ganache or your favourite topping)
    I recommend a 20cm square baking tin.
