Good info, used the same valvolene in my ‘90 every. Haven’t done the front diff yet but I bought a gallon so plenty of left over. It is a 19mm bolt for the drain plug in the rear. My rear end has a half circle piece welded in front of the bolt, I guess you can bottom out on a rock or something and not bust up the bolt head. Thanks again for the good info.

Can I use the same gear oil for transmission at differential oils? I have the same unit.

the manual says to use GL4 for the gear box, and GL5 for the differentials.

@@christianlords1340thanks for that. Umm regarding your engine oil do you also use 10w30? Coz it's in the manual. But when I changed the engine oil with 10w30 the engine is too hot for the engine and the smell in the muffler is too bad. My mechanic friend advised me to use 15w40.

@@zekeoblag384 i have been using 10/30 and changing every5000 klm . She burns clean. Of you are getting oil in exhaust maybe one or some of your piston rings are in need of replacement. Buti amnot a pro mechanic. He maybe thinking that oil will hold better with worn rings. I don't know. But I use 10/30 full synthetic.

@@christianlords1340 that's what taught too. I also use 10/30 fully synthetic but the exhaust smells like a burned oil.
