Pancake day aka Shrove Tuesday was February 17 this year. Last year it was March 4. (Of which IHOP celebrated on this day too) I assume some person at IHOP didn't do their research, assumed the date to be in line with 2014. It could also be a secular decision but most likely a corporate mistake. Jimmy should do some investigations.
