Thanks for your review. As we conduct our technical rehearsals ahead of our official Grand Opening on July 22nd, we are still finalizing the ride and training our staff with a priority on smooth operations and guest experience. You'll find that the ride will evolve and improve nearly overnight as we approach completion. I recommend revisiting after our official opening. Thanks again for your feedback and we look forward to welcoming you back to Treasure Hunt: The Ride

I learned about this ride the other day when I saw it posted on one of the enthusiast groups, and I found this video to learn more about it after visiting their website. The ride piqued my interest since I'm visiting California in a week, and I thought maybe it'd be worth a pitstop. While it looks terrific, I'm having a really hard time getting past the price tag for what it is. I would certainly not ride it more than once, and I would certainly not buy an upgrade token to shoot faster. But I wish them great success with it!

When did it open? Cause the ride was closed when I went to Monterrey last time.

Treasure Hunt: The Ride started taking paying guests on June 23rd, although the attraction was open for a few days before this date, during their "sea trials"

8 Million for a Darkride is actually really cheap

Those are the perks of DWL and Sally designing, building, owning, and operating. It is definitely a risky endeavor for both companies basically working at cost, but with the owners at the helm and on the front lines, a lot of intention and passion went into the design and build process. There were some very creative solutions to complex issues. At retail value, in the same conditions (building a dark ride in a basement, below sea level, on the shore in a dense tourist area), this could easily cost $15-$20 million. Another benefit is the experience will continue to improve and evolve over time.

What the hell ?? why does the cost change in the afternoon ? That does not seem fair to me. Thirty bucks per ride. Not worth it, crazy insane price. Do they offer local bank finance to ride, and what interest rate do they charge
