Hello Mike, Thank you for this video especially since I needed those real life examples. I always recommend your videos to my students to prepare for MOS certification but I struggle to teach the real life application of the processes. For me this is one of your best videos ever. keep up the great work and God Bless

Dawn, you have no idea how much this comment means to me! Thanks for letting me know. I was doubting whether I should put those real-world scenarios in because they make the video a lot longer than I had planned. Thanks again for your positive feedback and I'm so happy that you can use this as a resource. I'll try and deliver the same value for advanced formulas soon! I hope your teaching is going well. Cheers!

@@MikesOffice Hi Mike, no thank you, last fall was my first time ever (not part of the plan for my future) teaching. So I experienced quite a bit of imposter syndrome 😁. These type of videos are helping to build my confidence as a subject matter experience for next fall
I wish you continued success. My new Canadian buddy🇨🇦

Sir, could you tell me which is the best valuable excel certification available out there that can be added to my cv while aspiring for a business analysis career. I'm already doing a Pg course which is already covering some of the functions which are commonly used in this job. But I would like to have an excel certification added to my resume. Would you help me, please?

    @ 24:55, I wrote =LEFT(UPPER([@City]),3) is this fine?
I ended up with TOR and the other cells with all caps.

    Hi Mike,
I would say COUNTIF is the formula you would use.

Yo Mike, do you think you’ll do an Outlook practice exam eventually because I got certifications of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Word Expert, and Excel Expert but I would just take outlook for the heck of it

Dear Mike, you were already a life saver when it came down to my MO 100 word exam, which I passed thanks to you and your helpful content. But do I need all the Formulas and Functions above for my excel MO 200 exam? I don't think I can keep all of the Infos in my head ^^.

Congratulations on passing your Word exam!!! I know this is a lot but formulas and functions can be a killer on this exam. If you want to narrow it down; just focus on the “real world” examples in this video.

@@MikesOffice Thank you and btw ... you deserve so much more views. There's so much BS posted on YT and your videos are truly helpful... highly appreciated:). I think I'll be watching your other excel Videos a few more times and hope it sticks. This Number and formula Stuff just isn't my thing :). Do you have any plans on posting some Outlook content anytime soon?

@@vanillaandlime Thank you for saying that!! Sometimes I wonder about views too. I think it’s a consistency thing. I notice the channels with high views have consistent thumbnails, branding and upload more. So I’ll have to try that. I’ll start adding Outlook content soon!
