@@sxmbhxv In google drive, there are a few folders. Inside the first folder (01. Premiere Pro Presets) you will find a zip file called "Free Presets" as well as PDF file with link to this video. Simply download and extract "Free Presets.zip" file and you will get "SkTadas 10 Free Presets.prfpset".
Premiere Pro presets (.prfpset files) are XML-based, so this is normal. If you can't import the file, make sure file extensions are visible and check that the filename is 'filename.prfpset' and not 'filename.prfpset.xml' for whatever reason.
Seems like its working fine, maybe you entered the email incorrectly? You can also try to check spam folder, even though not sure why would it go there
