Premiere Pro presets are XML based so its normal, just make sure its .prfpset

It's an XML file, can't use it on premiere pro
Premiere Pro presets (.prfpset files) are XML-based, so this is normal. If you can't import the file, make sure file extensions are visible and check that the filename is 'filename.prfpset' and not 'filename.prfpset.xml' for whatever reason.

I recently switch email provider. Can you check if it went to spam? All in all seems like most people are continuing to receive so should be good

Whatcha mean? Its .prfpset right? Presets are technically code text files for premiere pro, so maybe thats what you mean

No worries, its just a transform preset with motion blur enabled already. If you change position or zoom, it will look smoother.
