Crystal clear wing is kinda nutty even outside of lcs: a s/t negate that can become unaffected by monster effects while also being really big. Some decks just can't out this card. And no, I'm not speedroid coping
Baronne, Kitedrake and Bike do be better cards though.

I kinda understand the tornado dragon into stardust, they needed to punch over croc and then detach the spirit to draw 1 and try to find something. They might not have had a better rank 4.
The bottomless was probably to avoid lethal, or if the oppoent didn't respect the other backrow and used the clear crystal negate on it then waboku goes through.
these tournaments are always so entertaining! Really interesting what decks and combos people come up with considering all the restrictions

At this point, the way the Banlist is presented should be showed up in a Left-To-Right scroll instead of Up-To-Down. It would be easier to read them all, without having to pause, rollbacking or slowing everything down.

@@hyoroemongaming569 Oh yeah. That was actually my top 16 match that played there. My deck did make it to top 4, but my other two matches in top cut were not nearly as exciting as the one against Demise

Not all of them, the ones that are banned are All zombies that are part of an archetype(such as Shiranui and Mayakashi cards for example), cards that mention ghost fusion and specific zombies(you can check those in the banlist at the start of the video).

@@bluemethetys9267 It was tier zero for how popular it was my friend. The deck was lab-ed out, no one is a super genius for playing tear.
@@devinbannish1469 Nobody talked of geniuses - playing tear didn't make anybody a genius. What I said is that playing Ishizu Tear isn't evidence of being an NPC, and that if anything it is evidence against it (because the deck was very demanding to play if you were to play it optimally in a mirror match - regularly demanding you to estimate probabilities on the fly, and make upwards of 10 micro-decisions on a single chain).
In a mirror match (and we are talking a format of mostly mirror matches because it was tier 0), the better player won most of the time. Outplaying people takes skill and is kinda just the exact opposite of being an NPC.
@@bluemethetys9267 Too long, didn't read. Your claim was that due to tear being demanding, it isn't an "npc" deck, but seeing as how it the most popular deck by a mile for a time, it most certainly is an "npc" deck.
