oh i love this reaction so much!! i really appreciate their sound and concept, idol groups of this gen of course do need to do something that makes them stand out and i love how instead of choosing a very in your face strong concept for their debut, they went 2k aesthetic and lean to the more r&b sound!! when i heard hurt i almost was overwhelmed, i'm a big fan of k-r&b and always hope for more songs of that genre from the artists i listen to and newjeans is out here with all of their songs so far having r&b influence🤧💟 we better get prepared for when they try other concepts for their comeback, pure surprise since we got "chill/calm" vibes first!! 😆
yes le serrafim has good songs the type of songs that are fresh from the usual kpop song that are trending rn. lee serafim and newjeans albums are full of good songs.
I usually don’t like reaction videos as those TH-camrs always exaggerate or even fake their facial expression just to get views and likes. But I can tell you girl is genuine! Will keep watching you

They have 3 tittle track (Attention, Hype Boy, Cookie), and 1 bside (Hurt). The members are: Minji (Leader) 16:36 Korean Hanni 15:11 Vietnamese Danielle 15:37 Korean-Australian Haerin 14:37 Korean Hyein (Maknae/youngest member) 15:58 Korean. And hope u like cookie too. Cookie is the song for their fans. If u watch the MV cookie there’s a big 🍪 (in the first part) and CD 💿 (in the last part). Cookie 🍪 = CD 💿 (the album, their album is a bag, round like cookie). They baked a cookie 🍪 = They make a CD 💿 for the fans. The girls also explained the meaning of cookie song in their social media (Instagram, tiktok, & youtube). It’s a cute song for the fans. Please don’t it’s such a creepy song for 14 year old to sing the lyrics are so overtly sexual with innuendos for the age of the group it shouldn’t be promoted with their other tracks.
@@mulfand7762 its not the problem is the song they should take it down it has little to do with the ceo and more to do with the management team that decided and approved everything, the production etc and the song is clearly not in reference to baking cookies for their boyfriends otherwise the wording would be different its not disregarding their talent by acknowledging and making people aware not to listen or review or promote the content by their company that exploits them as children and sexualises them for profit it was wrong to make it for them or sell the song for them to sing your naive or ignorant if you cant see the blatent message of the song and its issues and wanting to sweep it under the rug. and if you read I said don't promote with other tracks their other tracks yes should be promoted as they are amazing and great but they need to remove this track because it is wrong.

a word abt them tho : they’re a very talented group of girls, but their ceo min heejin is really questionable. she seems to have this weird obsession with youth/young kids. it’s the reason why ppl are getting put off by their title track “cookie”. children should not have been singing that song. it sucks that they have such a weird ceo, bc they sing so well and overall are talented.
Yeah it was so weird they went with that track as it was written by English speakers clearly for an adult artists but maybe they did it as a controversy promotion I’ve heard happens which is wild because newjeans is so talented and wouldn’t even need that boost considering how popular and great their other pre release tracks were
