some notes were picked, some were hammered so it was a combo of that. Just hoping I'd get something cool at that point. Yeah, that's the hardest part for me. I put a lot of distortion and compression on that sound to get it to sustain like that.

Just a mutt I put together around 1982. ordered a warmoth neck then I had this DiMarzio body ($40) and then bought the neck ($240) then bought the FLoyd Rose bridge then EMG pickups and hardware and slapped it all together. No scalloping till some years ago. I gave up the EMGs for DiMarzios. Less hiss and no worrying about a frikkin battery. So, it's just parts. ty!

Nah, you can sing with fake emotions just like an actor can act w/o really being a real person in a real situation. You just pretend or just copy what you hear. That's all I'm doing. Copying the song the best I can.

Would you like me to upload a video showing both of the vocal tracks I sang to prove to just YOU out of all the people that I don't sing along with singers in any of my covers unless the background vocals are embedded into the backing track already? These vocals are not live, they are me then after recording I make a video and lip sync to MY VOCALS.
