I've always found Hulk's "getting stronger by getting angrier so limitless strength' thing a bit over stretched. I mean, how possible is it really to get angrier and angrier without limit? I'm no psychologist but that sounds impossible.
The issue I have with your analysis is that you said Lobo has a better healing factor but somehow Hulk beats him to a point where he can't heal?
From description, Lobo is practically immortal, Hulk isn't. Lobo takes it for me or a draw at best because Hulk is indeed stronger.

Hulk has a ‘base’ level strength, Lobo doesn’t not. I think this really boils down to ‘Can Lobo beat Hulk before he has time to power up’
This fight will never end. It wouldn't matter WHAT Hulk did to Lobo - IF he could even land a blow on him with Lobo's insane speed advantage. Regardless, NOTHING Hulk did would keep Lobo down. No matter HOW mad Hulk got, or how much he smashed Lobo, Lobo would just regenerate and keep coming. This fight wouldn't end until one of them just got bored and gave up, or found something else to do. It'd just be a draw with a lot of collateral damage.

So hulk is above sentry at his best. The story with santa is a parody and is not smt to consider. I mean I have seen lobo bleed and he couldn't heal for a while when someone hit him with a wooden club. Lobo is around superman level strong but there have been beings at that level who have beaten him. Hell even in that arm wrestling moment with supergirl danco brought up lobo could not overpower supergirl for three straight days and in the end she told him she was paying him for his services by not beating him in front of everyone and humiliate him.

In the world war hulk comic when hulk fought sentry they both resorted to their human forms due to powerful concussive attacks, so the fact that lobo's punches scale to being universal+ means he could easily knock hulk back to bruce. If u need more evidence hulk resorted to bruce after having massive physical drain while under the weight of a star, due to proxima midknight stabbing him with her spear.

Lobo wins, even if you only factor in his regeneration. If Hulk manages to draw blood from Lobo, then every single drop regenerates into another, full-power Lobo. Hulk cannot possibly beat that much power levelled against him. And, technically, hulk's upper strength limit isn't "actually" infinite due to the fact that he's still a biological being. His rage powers his strength, but the body and mind can only become so angry before turning off and that has nothing to do with strength of the body. Though, I prefer the character of Lobo to the character of Hulk. I am inclined to agree that Hulk takes this fight.
Hulk has defeated both Hyperion and Wolverine on multiple occasions. Lobo is the equivalent of those two characters combined. While that does grant Lobo the advantages of speed and agility (which weren't even considered in this video), these are not advantages that Hulk hasn't previously overcome in his battles against Hyperion and Wolverine.
The one thing that I see might be a problem for Hulk is Lobo's ridiculous control of his physical form. Tearing off a limb doesn't handicap Lobo. And, that self cloning ability is a whole other level of OP.
Still, it seems to me that ultimately all Hulk has to do is scatter Lobo's pieces to the wind. Then, walk off while Lobo reconstitutes himself.
It's not a kill. But, sense death has been proven not to mean much to either of these characters, this fight would most likely end up in either boredom or mutual respect.
Hyperion and wolverine are fodder to lobo or anyone hes faced, lobo is nothing like hyperion and is meant to be a troll to anti heroes in general. Also lobos limbs would grow back and the blood he lost would become more lobos. Finally lobo is way stronger than hulk

Lobo uses strategies and crazy weapons to fight. He is a super genius. I think that factor should be considered. Given that most of their physical attributes are almost equal, I think Logos mental acumen and use of universal weapons would give him the edge here.

Hulk can be knocked out and sent back to his normal form I haven't seen Lobo knocked out before. I've seen Superman versus hulk fight where they give Superman much more props and Lobo has absolutely manhandle Superman before. I just think Lobo is being under play here a little bit even if the hulk manage to somehow killing Lobo he'll just come back again and again and wear the hulk out eventually. And if Thor and Thanos can hurt the hulk, Lobo can too and he has endless satchel of weapons..

It's becoming standard fare for comix writers the " thing" to use more and more ridiculous silly hyperbole to describe character powers. In that category Lobo is about the best or worse there is, considering your perspective. Some people will point to some of the $h!+ that's been attributed to him: -"too evil for heaven, but too powerful for hell"(??!?!?!??); or the nonsense about being able to compact a city with his hand - one might ask what was holding the pieces together, but D.C.has always had their own laws of physics; - as reasons he should win. But stuff that wants/needs to redefine how physics/the universe works for the sake of "bragging rights" over exceeds even my highly flexible suspension of belief. I side with Hulk if only because I can't take Lobo seriously. For sure, Hulk has some crazy-@$$ stunts too, but not to the point of acting like his strength rewrites physics. Lobo was originally created as a joke but, for better or worse, developed such a fan base that he became taken seriously. The way writers are getting away pushing those hyperbolic envelopes, I have to wonder (&worry) how far this will go.

Old School : Being faster than a bullet & more powerful than a locomotive is light stuff. The thing that grates on me most about Superman's is how he zips around people faster than they can see changing things around, to protect his secret I.d. or whatever. He'd be a man size object breaking the sound barrier & exceeding light speed. inside an Earth-like atmosphere. He'd cause MAJOR environmental disruptions to the immediate area: hurricane force winds & vacuums, sonic booms, intense heat from the air friction, etc. He'd seriously injure or kill any normals around him, but has pulled stunts like that in the Daily Planet's crowded offices, among other places, for years. Apparently DC has their own laws of physics that let's characters get away with crap like that.
