Love that he saw quickly that he has room to grow with this archetype. Plus, your girl is wicked smart!
I think getting out of the addictive shadow requires CBT, Stoicism, reflective journaling kind of stuff, and moving from the passive 'daydreamer' shadow requires, as they said, learning to get in touch with reality again, nature, senses etc. I'd also add finding the playful inner child again. Be silly and dance about hen you can, get creative. I noticed after having a kid she'd stop to look at every little flower and bug - it was all new to her. It made me pause and remind myself just how amazing the world is if your eyes are truly open. Not doomy clouds, but puddles floating in the sky!

I’m taking the time to write this because I think I’ll be good for you (I know, I’m arrogant… I’m working on that). You have a great potential to make your conversations more flavorful and educational if you go deeper on the subjects that you’re discussing. I seems to me that you have a lot more knowledge than what you share with your audience: don’t be scared to have an hour long conversation, if it’s good, people will listen.
I felt like you glossed over some important parts by talking to generally about the different aspects on the overarching archetype of the lover. You could’ve included a deeper discussion on how the different aspects can manifest themselves at the same time; things aren’t black and white when it comes to archetypes, and I think you know that.
Also, use some examples! Examples are a great way to give people common reference points. Use characters from movies, books and fairytales, that way we know with more certainty what you’re talking about.
… this was way to long. Hope you read it

Just like they shouldn't be afraid to delve deeper into a topic, as you suggest, you shouldn't be either :D it's okay to write long comments!

I loved the King and Warrior episodes, this one I felt could have been longer explaining different aspects

Thank you so much for treating so at length the Shadow Lover, the Impotent Lover more specifically. In today's world we feel so much pressure, to do MORE, that we become 'data processing machines' and we end up disconnecting ourselves from our feelings.
I know I am commenting to a video posted 2 years ago, but if you are reading this, can I please suggest doing another video focusing on the Shadow Lover forms?
    Thank you so much!

Maybe more than the gender but as a creative you have built a reward system by being”in your head”. The moment of “real” life becomes an obstacle to get through so that you can get back to that creative cloud . That is my experience. It is difficult to share space with people who have not been enthralled in this way.

So for addicted lover stop focusing pleasure on a fixed point and lower down that fixed point and get your pleasure from more then one place but not as much as powerful as one single fixed pleasure and for the impotent lover just be in the moment and delay a little what supresses u like a mindset, too much work, what really gets al you attention that you stop focusing on all your sens but also you need a structure for this,in a package with warrior, magician or king archetype

Most of the conversation focuses on the addicted lover. The other 2 aspects are neglected in discussion.

If you do tests and are told what "your archetype" is, but you think it's really sh!t to be that, can you change it, or are you stuck being such-and-such like it's simply your nature, and you either embrace it and flourish or reject it and struggle through life..?

It’s not like you are one or the other, all the archetypes manifest themselves in everyone, but they manifest themselves to a different degree depending upon what you personally cultivate. This opens the discussion on the topic of: should you double down on your strengths? Or should you try to in touch with all the archetypes (which will probably make you less competent in each one of them)? ( specialization or broadness)

I'd argue work on your weaknesses first, so you don't end up in a bad place as a result. This can take a year to a good 5 years. THEN, double down on all the strengths. @@williamiversen6865
