Freddy help these amazing engineer car enthusiasts out and give them a shout-out on your channel. Btw the p1's new engine sounds amazing, and that candy red color with the carbon fiber weave showing is insane. Love that build so much.
These guys can certainly help with any future projects of yours. You should do a collaboration. These guys are talented. Loving the non exotic to exotic V10 conversion.
As a ford master technician, i highly respect what your guys are doing, i firmly believe that you and ford should do some type of partnership or anything of the like, you guys deserve more recognition!!! Very well done guys!
You're right they do, this is an inflection point type of build, Ford would be foolish to not provide support. Two smart determined modern gearheads, with small resources are making a truly wicked ride,
I would like to see them partner with someone to make heads/cams available. These engines could make a big splash in the after-market and racing scene. Kinda like Nivlac57 is pioneering the GM 4.2 Vortec like an "American Supra" 🔥
Partnerships with large corporations are what ruin channels like these. The moment the corporation starts making decisions for them, its over. The reason channels like this exist is because they are started by passionate people, not driven by money.
4 of some of the craziest builds happening. This, tavarish with his p1, rob dahm and the 12 rotor, and stance works with the f40. What a time to be alive
This is my favorite though. These guys are my heroes! And I love everything about this build. They’re doing everything ford should’ve done out of their garage!😂 And I haven’t seen them cut a single corner
Tearing into the wiring harness all sprawled out on the floor gave me serious anxiety. I’m over here trying to decide if I’m gonna tackle the rear drum brakes on my car 😂. You guys are nuts and I love it.
Who needs a team of 200+ engineers when you have 2 young men who said: "Challenge Accepted" Nicely done! Can't wait to see this thing at Woodward 2025!!!! : )
Ford did a dohc V10 prototype and had it in a SN95 Mustang with a 6spd manual. Reven Evan has it way back on his channel…..regardless this is home built and that makes it so much more awesome PLUS its in the sleek lines of a Lincoln too
@@young11984 I worked with a older guy at Ford's Research and Innovation Centre (RIC) in Dearborn. He had the only official/prototype V10 4 Valve BDS-Supercharged engine built - on an engine stand in his cube! This thing was HIS baby and when he retired (back in the late teens) it was gifted to him. He would be very proud of these 2 young men. : )
@biy_buildityourself Y'all killin it. I'm 62, and we used to sit around and talk this stuff, but no access... late 80's and 90's. To me those Lincoln's are sleepers as far as style. Keep it up!
When the man himself weighs in, people need to take notice. These kids are smart and what they are doing is not your average build. Spread the word across TH-cam far and wide........
Such a incredibly underrated channel. You guys are more than killing it with the build and videos. This car is absolutely my favorite and is such a cool "what if" if ford wanted a cts V competition or something, and with the dual throttle bodies like the dark horse, and the way you guys are doing the exterior body mods it follow that idea so well
This kind of builds exite me... its nothing like a donut media or other channels... im glad that you guys have been able to overcome all the issues 🙏 you two diserve a beer 🎉
You can have the rack work in failsafe mode. Mustang racks(the Conti shouldn’t be much different tech wise) have a failsafe mode where you connect direct power to it it works
Maybe the best build on TH-cam ever! For me anyway. It has everything. Not just the crazy engine build, and all the custom fabrication, but the body, the interior, the transmission, the gorgeous headers. And all of it done in true home built garage fashion, but without cutting a single corner since the inception of this project!
@@MrLuvtheUSA yea its not one of those "hey guys check out this garage build!" And its really 15 different companies and over 100k worth of custom fabrication and premium titanium everything
The sound!! Goosebump material here, especially sinds as a viewer you can perfectly imagine how this must feel for you guys having developed and fabricated this thing yourselfs!
Amazing job on the wiring! Never would have thought that disconnecting the ECM would have had any effect on the power steering. Engine sounds fantastic! Can't wait to see it out on the road.
Hey guys, on the return line, you need to have that as low in the tank as possible and preferably point to the deepest part of the tank and away from the pump inlet to prevent aeration and heat. So connect or fabricate a tube down the side of the pump assembly. Love the channel. Keep up the good work.
BMW made the M5 E60 with a first and last ever high revving V10 from factory and it was a damn shame they discontinued the engine in favor of a V8. You guys have created Ford's answer to the BMW M5 V10. My jaw is dropping every time the engine fires up and you start revving it.
When you guys (finally) fired this beast for the first time, in the car, I smiled like the day my own child was born! What a fun ride this has been, and I’m so proud of what this build means to people who build stuff, fix stuff, or dream stuff into reality. And is there no flywheel on this thing? Unbelievable how fast it revs! This stuff is automotive porn, and I’m loving it.
Though I was critical of your styling choices I can’t give you guys enough credit for your mechanical, fabrication, and problem solving abilities. Stay away from drugs and loose women and the sky is the limit for you guys.👍
I checked a few days ago for an update, so I'm pleased this came through. Everyone following you guys is getting more excited by the day to see your Hot Rod Lincoln in action, stunning car enthusiests the world over !!
the whole fuel pump situation reminds me of when i had to mount my internally regulated fuel pump into a fuel cell in my acura tsx circle track car. it feels so rewarding once youre done!
I could hear the excitment in your voice at the end. Ive been there. Feel like a kid again. Im so happy with how this build is turning out. So stoaked to see finish project. I live in the middle of the States, i'd love to see this car in person one day
I would suggest mounting the fuel pressure regulator in the engine bay so that you can easily make adjustments to it while tuning so you don't have to lift the car up, I know the fuel tech probably has the ability to see the info electronically but having the manual gauge is handy too. Love the build!!!
it sounds absolutely beautiful i cant wait to see it done and driving, one can only imagine why ford never did more with the triton v10 in a more performance orientated setup
Ford, are you seeing this? This is what a prestige car deserves; a desirable, emotive, exotic powerplant, not a mass-produced puny 6 with hairdryers on it. Well done, gentlemen. Well done.
That thing sound absolutely insane. I love the sound of those V10s. It was always a weird mix between an American V8 and European grand touring. Incredible build guys! Keep it up!
You guys are my heroes! This is my favorite TH-cam build EVER! Favorite build ANYWHERE ever😂 I’ve been waiting for new videos like a kid waiting for Christmas morning, and I’ve been here since your second video I think ❤
I really can't wait to see it all put together with that kit, I loved the concept look you guys designed, I hope you guys stick to it! I've loved this build since day 1
Be proud chaps !! The car is coming along real nice. One thing I did notice on the fueltech was that you only had what looked like 3 or 4 Psi of oil pressure👀🛢 . I really hope that was a dud sensor or its reading in Kpa . Great work lads can't wait for the next video !!😊👍
OK this finally motivated me to post. You guys are obviously motivated and rapidly advancing fabricators, you've got great on-camera presence, but your Factor ad was the best take I've ever seen on the subject. They should be thrilled with your spot. You all have a long future in infotainment ahead of you. Bravo.
Im loving every minute of this!

Seconding what Polygaryd said earlier. Please give these gentlemen a shout-out for the quality of this build and their dedication to it.

Most large corporations are far too arrogant for that. They spend millions on figuring out what the public wants yet they still don’t have a clue.
As a Ford Master Technician, why don't you share with them why they can't get the powersteering to work....
As a retired Senior Master, I will....
4 of some of the craziest builds happening. This, tavarish with his p1, rob dahm and the 12 rotor, and stance works with the f40. What a time to be alive
Yeah I'm also following those and am excited too, only this one should be boosted higher on recommendations, it deserves more
Tavarish's build doesn't deserve to be lumped in with the others. Not even close
This is my favorite though. These guys are my heroes! And I love everything about this build. They’re doing everything ford should’ve done out of their garage!😂 And I haven’t seen them cut a single corner

if every modular was a 4 valve, we wouldn't have coyotes. crazy they never did a sohc 4v like the hondas, that would be an indestructible motor
I think it's more of a bean counter issue instead of an engineering issue.....
How is there not more views and followers for this project ? Incredible work
That engine definitely sounds serious! Can't wait to see this all put together in a few months!
Looking forward to seeing it with the massive brakes and wheel choice installed.
