Hi, can you clarify what you mean? If you're looking to hire an artist to make an emote, it will cost money. If you want to upload an emote to Twitch it doesn't cost money, but you need to be an affiliate first. It's totally worth hiring someone to make a good emote because a good emote can attract subscribers. Hope that was helpful.
No, unfortunately they switched to an entirely subscription model. But you can get Clip Studio Paint for $50 (which is often on sale for $25) and it's a really great art program.
@@clipshorts23 Yep! It's usually $50 and you only pay once to own the program. But they run 50% off sales a few times a year usually. I grabbed it during a holiday sale a while ago.

ive got a problem with twtich adding a white box to my transparent to emote and i can't seem to figure out what's causing it
