I have a quick question, the cookie with the Robin on it, made out of instant coffee, would it work if I were to use coco powder instead? The reason I ask is because I've seen you do I few cookies like that and I think they're beautiful (well.... let's be honest, *all* your cookies are *amazing* ) however I don't like coffee and I wouldn't want to give one to a child. So my thinking was that if the instant coffee could be replaced with coco powder (or another alternative), it could be enjoyed by non coffee lovers and children alike! Little side note: You have the same name as my sister!

There is 3 times as much caffeine in a tablespoon of cocoa powder than in a tablespoon of instant coffee, so it's actually safer for children to use the instant coffee rather than cocoa to color the stamp. However, since there was such a minuscule amount used - barely a pinch - it's highly unlikely that either would have a detrimental effect on a child, nor could it even be tasted (unless you just licked the design off the cookie.)

Yes, gingerbread. I use polish-mirror glaze to cover them. I have a class on my website

Kay - Den Sorry for delay.. I never used cocoa powder for stamps but you can give it a try. I usually use brown food gel color or instant coffee.

How did u get such a vibrant red colour icing? I add gel colour to mine and it comes out more pink than red.
give icing at least 6 hours for color saturation
