Jesus spoke Aramaic to His disciples. In he Aramaic language Bible called the Peshita it shows the original text of Matt 24;34 which does not use the term "generation". That term is a translation error from Aramaic to Greek. The Aramaic show the term "People/Tribe/Nation" which refers to the nation of Israel... not a generation. Israel was scattered to the nations in 66 AD and didn't get her land back until 1948. Jesus was prophesying that the nation of Israel would not pass away... although it may have appeared that she did when she was scattered to the nations. This era of time is known as the Jewish Diaspora. During the Jewish Diaspora 13 million Jews were killed. Today only 6.5 million Jews live in Israel. Jer. 30,31 prophesies about this era of time and calls it the time of Jacob's Trouble... 30:7... where she is scattered to the nations... 30:10,11 and then later gathered... 31:8.
IN this video you suggest that Matt 24:29-31 is "the rapture".... although the term is never used in the Word of God. The term "rapture" was created as a NOUN for the purpose of suggesting a return of Christ PRIOR to the tribulation..... in this passage Christ directly states that He comes AFTER the tribulation.... in which the event is called, "the resurrection of the dead"... 1 Cor 15:42. The purpose of the resurrection of the dead is for the dead in Christ to return with Christ for the purpose of getting their terrestrial realm bodies... 1 Cor 15:40,44, 50 returned to them ... resurrected from the dead... vs 42 so that they can rule and reign with Christ it in the physical realm and not be disembodied spirits or ghosts.
