Very awesome and lovely inchies :-). I love making inchies and I have made them into earings, charms etc but not with thread and hanging many together. I like that idea and also stamping on tissue paper. Thanks for sharing :-)

Hi Sandy, I have a really old handheld punch from my grandma, that's what I use here. For larger holes I use the "We are Memory keeper". Sorry no help for the small one I guess.
Those little inchies sure are a lot of work :-) Great job. Do you live in Germany? Just curious why you bothered to stamp the napkins & then glue them on, instead of just stamping directly onto the inchies.

The reason for stamping om the napkin, the surface with all,the papers is very uneven as the papers are different thickness and overlapping. This makes it hard to stamp and get an even impression. What was the white 3D paint you used that's meant for foils?
bonnieleaisaac this one is from Pentart, but there are other brands out there, who have also th special glues for foils. e.g Decoart has such a glue.
