I have some questions. One is it strong smelling? Is this a conditioning bleach? I work slowly does it come up really fast? I care mostly about the even lift and the integrity of my clients hair if you already have pre lightened hair and have to overlap a bit is it kind with other bleaches used previously? Thank you
