This was pretty good:) loved the car and trying to figure out who dun it:) Thanks for uploading this video. Never heard of it as I was too busy working and going to college back then.
"What shall we name our baby daughter?" "How about something unique and intriguing... Seven!" "Seven. That's perfect. And for her middle name?" "Ann." What an interesting discussion Seven's parents must have had....
Thank God they didn't choose "Zero". The strangest name I've come across so far is "Apple" Gwyneth Paltrow's daughter. I don't know if she was conceived in New York City or Gwyneth only ate apples while pregnant😊
This was a good show of course missed seeing it because had just started working, after high school graduation missed a lot of shows,oh well,we become a part of being in adult responsiblity world of life!!!!!! Nice!!!
Fun Fact: "Ted Leighton", who gets the story credit for this episode, is the registered pseudonym of William Link and Richard Levinson, who mentored Peter S. Fischer in TV. Most likely, the story came from Levinson & Link's back files, and Fischer got to do his own rewrite with L&L's blessing.
This was broadcast for four months from September 1979 to January 1980 at the nadir of the NBC TV network. They were 3 out of the 3 of the three major commercial networks. They would put series on the air and if they weren’t hits within half of a season they were cancelled. Things turned around after the network was taken over by Grant Tinker (former MTM Productions president and Mary Tyler Moore’s ex-husband) who got out of the way and let series like “Cheers,” “Hill Street Blues,” and “Family Ties” (to name just three) that were ratings failures their first seasons become wildly popular “must see TV.”
@@inkyguy This actually was from an re-airing on CBS in 1990 (hence the promo for NORTHERN EXPOSURE)--taking advantage of the fact the people behind it had given CBS the monster hit MURDER, SHE WROTE.
I just started bing watching this show tonight, pretty good and great guest. I noticed Michael Horton went on to play on Murder She Wrote as Jessica Fletcher Nephew Grady, shorter hair😂
I love Tricia O’Neal I didn’t realize that she could sing. What a beautiful voice! I love this show! I hope you have all the episodes. Very good actors
Though like most NBC series from this period it only lasted a few months until it was cancelled by the network, this is a very good example of the production quality, set design, pacing, writing, tone, look and feel of popular commercial television in the late 1970s and into at least the early 1980s. I wouldn’t call it great or excellent television, but (at least, I believe) it is a very good example of programming at a particular point in time in broadcast history.
Thanks rsandus. Do you have any of these other episodes of The Eddie Capra Mysteries? And the Sea Shall Give Up Her Dead Breakout to Murder The Two Million Dollar Stowaway Dying Declaration Murder Plays a Dead Hand Now You See Her... If yes, can you please post them too.
Hi there! It aired on Friday nights at 10pm on the NBC Network from September 1978 until January 1979, lasting 13 episodes...Hope that helps a little!...Let the good TV Shows play on, and take care! Ms. Elizabeth 📺📼📀📺📼📀
Me agradaría una versión en español ya que la traducción de Google a veces resulta inconsistente 😅gracias por compartir tus películas 🎥 😮éxitos en todos vuestros proyectos y planes
No, it says in the description he is not. We posted the episode with him in it and had requests for other episodes from the series, so I posted per some requests.
Had forgotten that Peter S. Fischer created this. He also made "Murder She Wrote", and Jim Hutton's "Ellery Queen". Talented man.
Thx for the upload. Please upload the rest of the episodes if you can. Thank u

My dogs name is Seven! Just popped into my head. Then I counted and he was indeed my 7th dog in my lifetime!

That was before the networks discovered “reality”. Production is so cheap and profitable, why go back to quality.
Still doing it until now . Lovely shows with short lifespan
Yup takes me back to that time in my life. I was around 10-12.
THE CUTE GUY ALWAYS WINS. THE MUSIC IS NICE TOO. RELAXING.
Does anyone have the episode "And the Sea Shall Give Up Her Dead"? I'd really like to see that one on TH-cam. Or any others anyone has.
Are there more episodes? This is a nice show.
Thank you.
Thanks rsandus.

BTW, when this was broadcast around 1979 $10,000 was a half decent annual salary for the head of a family.
No way. According to census information, in 1979 the median income of households in the United States was $16,530.
Why "High Tide" is disappeared? ? I liked Rick Springfield in these series!
