King builder is a fraud. One of the victim, I recommend visit any of their project and talk to residents over there.
Babar Bhai, If I am not wrong, King Builder and Falaknaz Builder have grabbed a land of an old society and tried to changed their leases. (You know how money works) The society is very famous "Saharanpur cooperative society phase 1 and 2" both phases are leased. So these two builders tried to grabbed the lease society. Residence sued them and got their plots. Many were killed by their men. They have demolished many houses. Later Chief Justic of Pakistan "Justic Gulzar Ahmed" had black listed these 2 builders projects. These Builders have NO FAITH. Just money money and money. In fact they are purely land grabbers.
