- Hi guys! It's Chris~ I hope everyone is having a great week. Even though I'm in the middle of a reading slump, I feel like I got a good chunk of reading done. Ya'll The Wicked King has been WILD. I'm so glad! What is everyone reading? I rhinestoned my Carval book...though I'm not done yet. Also thank you to my husband for hanging everything for me because I'm too short to reach LOL.

Also that's crazy I have been hearing really amazing things about Welcome to Hyunnam-dong Bookshop and have been considering just jumping into it (the rest of my tbr be damned!) so if you think it's a 5 star then maybeeee 👀

I totally get that, like if you know sports manga you know the ~VIBES~, but also I think I was the opposite it took me a little longer to get fully into Haikyuu!! because I knew nothing about volleyball, but I played soccer for 11 years so I was with it immediately! Hopefully the vibes are appealing enough to continue it though because its so hype!!!

When I was reading the opening chapter and got hit with the crying 3rd years after they lost… I was having Haikyuu crying flashbacks 💀 Tbf I’m a big cry baby when it comes to manga/manhwas lol. I’m excited to continue! Once I finish watching Windbreaker, I’m going to start the anime ⚽️⚽️⚽️

@@Chronicallyd NOOOOOO OMG if anything i think they said that because it is a battle royale style contest where there are a LOT of eliminations, but no one dies lmao (like daichi did hehe)!!!! BUT you might get attached to characters who get eliminated from the competition (but don't fret because just like haikyuu they aren't gone forever!)

I tried the sandos with chocolate croissants, and they were 👌🏻. It so hot here that the idea of turning on my stove makes me feel like I’m melting 🫠

@@Chronicallyd LOL, my husband has 0 flavors. Our apparently is still bare since we moved in 5+ years ago. Minus the shelves of all his figures 😂 OOO, I might stop by ikea to pick those up then! I kind of want to spice up my area but 😩 I feel like at this point I should just commit to drilling into the walls.
