Throne & Liberty Excavator 9 open world raid boss (Peacetime no PVP)

I forgot to check the box for raid optimization in graphics so it's running max spell effects during the whole fight. Makes it impossible to see the bosses ground targeted AOE telegraphs. And it becomes pretty laggy from VPN to Korea.

The amount of players on screen with that performance, even with a 4090 is insane. Very well optimized game.

This was also when I was using Nord VPN. I had an almost 400ms latency. You can notice it once the boss fight starts because for a second or two it will look like no one is casting spells then everyone shoots a spell at exactly the same time. I switched to ExitLag and now I have about 180ms and the game feels much better. Can't wait for NA launch so I can be playing with a regular ping.

@@andrasylvan9915it is, I am hyped for this game, but this boss dosent have any flait or machanic, it just stand still end release some skills. And its not the first boss I see of this game that just stays in one place.

@@grothaal You still have to move to avoid ground targeted AOE. You just can't see it because this is the zerg open world version. Not the private instanced guild version.
If you could just stand still and not move and press buttons I wouldn't have got hit for almost 50% of my HP in one shot at 6:17
I probably shouldn't be uploading videos of the game with 400 ping because people are going to judge the game when it's really my latency is terrible from central US to South Korea.
Once the Steam beta or full release drops it will be a way different experience not having to wait for your abilities to go off or to see the boss casting abilities on a massive delay.

Are all bosses in this game that bad? Its like a ststue you have to nreak with skills, people didnt even move.

I'm playing with 400 ping. When you see everyone move at the same time, that's the lag.
Obviously the fight is going to be more boring in open world mode. They have a guild instanced version where you can actually see the mechanics. 100+ people is kind of a massive clusterfuck.

Yes. DLSS Quality. Frame gen on. 1440p everything ultra. Depth of field and motion blur only things that are off.
