Yes, it will fit on TB500x, just a different clamp there, which will be already provided in the box content so no worries!
SCUD Exhaust sounds very similar to 50 caliber machine gun. So yes there is thump but no so Bassy. With dB killer it sounds very similar to stock one.
Leak air is only from the point where you fit the clamp, you can close that using some heat resistant glue or something!

Yes. But I'll still avoid it on bs6 models. Because of EFI sensors & accuators. exhaust timing is mapped with the stock one.

I have installed scud in my classic stealth black 350. While installing i found that only one bolt was fitting in the clamp provided. Have you also faced the same issue
OK. I didn't faced any such issues. It was exactly the size of clamp fitments.

Brother, will it give that DUG-DUG sound? I bought a RE Classic 350 last month .. The company fitted silencer is not providing the desired thump.

BS6 classic will not give dug dug sound like bs3 bullet. But it will be louder than your current stock one for sure and it will sound more like 50 caliber machine gun.
According to the New Motor Vehicles Act (Rules) if you are caught by the Traffic Police or RTO, of altering the Silencer or replacing the Silencer from the Stock Silencer, then you will be heavily fined and they might even seize your Vehicle and they might even remove your Altered Silencer and Not return it to you.

Coming to your question, see usually after installing aftermarket exhausts people tends to rev their engine hard for more & more sound, that the root cause of the problem.
Otherwise just changing the exhaust tip of any bike won't harm its engine life.
If you ride responsibly, do proper gear shift at right intervals, skip hard revving at low gears. Nothing wrong will happen with the engine.

Koi bhi aftermarket exhaust legal nhi hai according to RTO rules. But yes agar noise pollution ka issue nhi ho aapke city mein toh use kar sakte ho DB killer k saath. Challan nhi hoga.

Is it legal? bcz I just got my bike delivered 3 days ago n am scared to chnage the exhaust bcz banglore police are strict about modification n recently my friend was caught for having dolphin installed to his old class
Skip the idea bro. Some cities like Banglore, Kerala, Chandigarh have very strict rules and regulations against Exhaust modification /aftermarket Exhaust installation especially for RE bikes. Stick with company fitted Exhaust, that's the best option.

Mileage depends on your riding style and various other factors like type of Fuel, body weight, riding terrains etc.
Mere changing the end tip of exhaust can not reduce the mileage.

Bro didn't faced any rusting issues as of now. Quality is better than any other local aftermarket exhaust.
The exhaust is made with mild steel and is powder coated with high temperature resistant textured powder coating.
