Hello newish listener here. I listened to about 6 of your videos within the last couple of days. i thought you all mentioned an app for biggerpockets, but i dont see it on my app store. am i missing something? im a rookie who is ready but im new to running numbers so thats my next step, learning how to do that. i became a pro member to have those tools.
