  • Pizza made at home is better than you think. In this video I try to include some NY Style elements into the dough and double the fermentation time.
    Recipe (starter)
    240g King Arthur bread flour
    240g water (room temp)
    6g dry active yeast
    Mix together and let sit in fridge overnight
    Day 2 add in:
    240g King Arthur 00 flour
    60g water
    6g salt
    6g sugar
    6g evoo
    Mix until ball forms and all residual floor in bowl is incorporated. Knead a few minutes and then cover with damp towel and let sit overnight at room temp.
    Day 3:
    From dough balls about 2-3 hours before making pizza. If you wait longer, suggest refrigerating until 2-3 hours prior to cooking.
