I don’t know how you can handle Kyoryuger cause I did not liked it, mostly cause of Daigo being the heavy focus of the season, leaving most of the cast to either to just annoying, completely wasted potential or flat out useless. Say what you want about Dino Charge, but at least it wasn’t focused solely on the red ranger, didn’t rely on unnecessary humor and most of the cast got fully developed.

In Kyoruger there are episodes dedicated to giving focus to different members and they develop a lot throughout the series, if you compare them how they were at the beginning and at the end there is a big difference and you can see that they really grew as people, ironically I think the only one that doesn't change much is actually Daigo, it's practically the same always. I don't know why you call them the useless compared to Dino charge cast if they both have the same powers and strength, so in battle they contribute the same. The humor thing is subjective, it's Japanese humor and it's normal that you don't like it if you're not used to it but it won't bother others. Personally I couldn't stand Dino charge, the personal plots felt very simple and it felt too child audience oriented for my liking, to a certain extent that it became too ridiculous even in power Ranger standards, like with making everyone in the world raise mirrors to reflect a ray from space. I like Kyoruger better because of how they handled the ending especially, Gold and his rival whom he hates for imprisoning him unite against a common adversary to have a last duel right after and Gold gives him respect just after killing him, but in Dino charge the equivalent was Gold watching Fury being dumb and get blown up by a bomb. Also the final enemy in Kyoruger is more imposing, stopping the Megazord being small and they kill him with a combined attack of all the powers as it should be on a finale, but in DC they just make his ship take him to the sun or something, he wasn't even that strong or had anything especial, he was just a guy with armor and a gun, it was disappointing that he didn't even give a decent fight in the end at least. Also in Kyoruger they have the evil Spino Ranger and was very cool.
Now Dino Charge isn’t perfect, especially with the finale to Super Charge that sucked (not as bad as Kyoryuger’s god awful finale) but with the season as a whole, it at least gave most of the characters an arc and focus episodes that didn’t waste time on dumb storylines like in Kyoryuger with the basketball episode and etc, Tyler and Shelby’s relationship was naturally developed unlike Amy and Daigo being completely shoehorned in, the tone is consistent instead of relying on forced comedy, a red ranger that isn’t a complete idiotic moron that has to take up most of the season and finally gave us the Dark Ranger in the boom comics that had much more dark and mature tone. Kyoryuger is just a disorganized mess.
