Current login method only 2 options given while login by new device. We have only 2 option for verification for login on new device, via QR code that need to be scanned by old device or the device we used to logged in. Option 2 we need to ask a friend by asking help to a friend already our contact to help us getting verified for login😂 and now I still couldn't login and I don't know what to do

I have a problem, I got the code from the beginning until I got to this
I also appear To Verify New Device Appears 2 lines are
1: use the original device to scan the code
2: ask friend to verify
but of via sms verifcation code This line does not appear what do we do how to solve it

i was able to get verification from 2 friends. the last step is to scan my old device. how will i be able to scan my old phone when it wont turn on anymore? old phone was damaegd by sea water

The SMS verification on new iphone does not work, Wechat still require two friends to send you the code or using the old device to log in first and then the new device is able to login. Thank god I got rid of my old iphone but still kept my ipad. Otherwise I don't know how I can get back my account.
Hahh... I only deleted my wechat for a week and didn't use a new device, but when I logged back in I had to do this. Honestly, I'm very confused😢.

Currently, the verification method only shows one option, which requires me to operate on the original device and scan the QR code.
Other options such as assistance from other friends are not shown. I feel speechless.
