Could you please explain the difference between active gauge, passive gauge, relieved gauge and tip grind ?

Welcome Eng. Amr.
Active gauge pad has some, normally two, cutters along it's length. Theses cutters not the reaming cutters.
The passive pad does not has those cutters.
