If you want a clear as a face as possible, one should wake up, when a gentle cleanser CeraVe or Cetaphil. After showing apply a non comedogebic moisturizer such as CeraVe morning. Later at night, exfoliate or use a gentle cleanser again added with Retinol (vitamin A). Then apply moisturizer around 30 minutes after applying Retinol. One should also stay away from shampoo with natural ingredients such as Coconut, basically anything you can eat. It is counter thinking, all the "natural" products are actually irritants. Also, all facial procedures besides cleaning should be done by a professional. You shouldn't trust a TikTok girl l, but rather those who are in the field. The idea is similar to any face product, lipstick, etc refrain from dyes, and flavors.
