You guys are so smart the way you have built and managed your land, the ways you have selected your animals, so wise, very good job, a joy to watch.
You should teach Gena how to run your smaller 574 tractor and help you move the dirt. It would be done in half the time, or at least faster.
I bet anything, Gina would be on board for that. She's a worker, that's for sure.
Or the mini excavator to load the bucket.
In the event of an emergency, these are necessary homesteading skills. Equipment accidents aren’t always prevented and knowing how to use equipment to support an injured partner is key.
I’m sure she’s practicing behind the scenes.
@@robint7349 She's been challenging herself for years! Go Gina!
If it was me I'd be fighting Al as to who was driving the new tractor 🚜 though as I'm older I would have trouble getting into it now 👵. Best wishes from England UK 🇬🇧
@@dluxsolutionsathome5162 I was thinking being helpful over jocularity. But I'm on board with everybody with certainty that she will defer to him at least until she gets the bug like he has.
The foliage is beautiful. I hope you have a mild winter. The new tractor is really working out great.
Yes the 754 is coming in handy. A mild winter would be nice.
Going to be a Perfect Thursday! Lumnah acres is up on you tube!! Having my morning coffee - you cant get anything better than this!!

I love seeing the leaves change. My personal favorite time of the year. 🍁🍂
No Colleen, the pretty colored leaves are nice but that means WINTER is near ! Give me trees budding out and spring on the way.
I love it when you video going into town. It reminds me of growing up in western Ohio - small little towns with good people. When you go to town and video the streets and buildings, it brings back such good memories.
Glad you got some drier weather so you could complete this job of filling in the hole and get it seeded. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to the podcast tomorrow with Jason and Ben. Y'all have a Blessed day.
Good mauhnin Lumnah Acres and friends! Have a great day everyone. Take care and stay safe!
Gooood morning Lumnahs and friends everywhere, from David in Omaha, NE. I pray that everyone is doing well and in good health. I am loving the Autumn days here. My favorite time of the year. Have a wonderful day everyone. Cheers!

Al and Gina of Lumnah Acres I would like to congratulate you on all of the progress that you have been able to make on the Farm property since I began watching the channel. Keep up the good work 👍💪 and I am looking forward to seeing you have continued success with all that you are doing 👍.

Glad you were able to get the hole fixed up and seeded. The TYM tractor is a beast. 💪 Always nice to see Hope and Daisy free ranging. Thanks for the footage of your farm animals. Your forrest is beautiful. Happy Fall! 🧡🍁💛🍂❤️
Good morning Modern Steaders! Send Texas some of the cool weather.
Good morning from Fly Ohio! You have had an over abundance of rain and we are in a drought. Just adapt what we are doing to grow our farms and gardens. Love country life!

Good morning Japan, morning USA. Have a prosperous upcoming weekend, also Thursday Friday as well.. love to everyone ❤❤
I think you should consider purchasing a landscape rake for your tractor. It would help you in leveling your new pastures and other land clearing areas prior to seeding. That would make mowing or fertilizing easier later. It’s not an expensive piece of equipment but very valuable on the farm
Oh yes, Fall is here and it's beautiful. I do believe that you folks have us beat as far as color goes. That's also a really good job spreading the dirt both you did.
Thanks for the down town memory lane drive thru, always enjoy seeing how things are different but really the same.
Oh what a beautiful day everything looking good even the animals and not forgetting Brutus😊🍂🍁🌾🇺🇲

Hey guys! That Brutus was keeping tabs on Gina, while picking up rocks! That’s a good boy!!🤌👊
Al you still need a dump trailer, so many things you could use it for around the farm. Keep up the great work!
Yes we do.
@@LumnahAcres Quad-axle dump truck, have some real fun. 😛
Looks great ! Awesome job !!!!! 😊🙏👍❤️
I can't get over you went to a retail store, cash in hand, they had what you wanted in stock, and they couldn't be bothered to track the item's location down in the store because they had changed out the endcaps or whatever. Who tells a customer, "We have it but, we can't be bothered to find it." What the fudge is wrong with people?
Good morning! Thanks for sharing!
I hope your grass seed takes off. The sinkhole fill looks great. Don’t you just love how stores “lose” things just when you want to buy them? That seeder sure would’ve been handy!
Your cinematographer sure finds pretty subjects! I love the flowers, and just spotting the little bits of beauty in everyday life is a great talent to have.
Good luck with Country and Azalea. I can’t wait to see your calves from all of your heifers.
Guess who got in their 10,,000 steps today, and probably every day. Lots of hard work, the results are going to be so satisfying. Hopefully Azalea and Country had a good date day. Love the videos.

Good morning, Bo!
Gina's comment about the trees changing color made me think it would be really cool (low priority project) to build a fire monitoring station. Primarily so you could have a structure above the treetops so this time of year, you could go up and see the beautiful foliage from above.
All they have to do is fly the dron to see everything and no steps.
@@josephmccandlish2458 Yeah, but flying the drone is like watching someone else's video vs standing there on a platform and taking it in. Anyway, it's not a valid project, just a thought that I think would be cool (and a comment on the video to help the algorithm). Success that you replied since it helps confirm engagement. :)
Good morning everyone wishing you a great day love from Gatwick 🎉🎉

As the foliage changes throughout the Fall, would you consider putting the drone up a few times to show us the changing colors?
Hi lumnah Acres i must congratulate you for being my favorite channel on utube i am an ex farmer from Wales England, but i had a stroke when i was 49 and that was the end of my farming, i wish i was living nearer you i would come and help you, anyway all the best for now Richard
My wife is Welsh and I’ve never heard a true Welshman say he is from Wales England. Max Boyce would be disappointed .
@@sidclark3249Sid; why do you assume a Farmer from Wales England is Welsh or has loyalty to the Welch traditions !
@@sidclark3249 well i am so sorry but if i say im from Wales most people from abroad dont know where Wales is, so i allways put Wales England , but if you want to make a fuss about it you can speak to a relative of mine in the welsh assembly if you like.

Good Morning! Filling wash out areas and sink areas can be a generational project. When my grandmother sloped pasture became my parents front yard. There were areas that needed filling again and again.
Good evening Al, Gina and Olivia from Australia 🇦🇺
Good morning folks ! lovely weather Al !!
Good morning, Moe!
You need a 5 ton tipper trailer for that tractor with drop sides it would make life simpler
What a beautiful autumn day. Hi Al, Gina and Miss Olivia.❤😊
Guten Morgen zusammen passt auf euch bitte auf 👋👍🏻😊🙂🙋♂️🇩🇪🤗
A new improved field and those cows are thinking yummy!! It's looking great with all your new improvements. 🎉
Good late morning Al, Gina, Olivia and all the Lumnah friends and extended family.
I see that you are coming into Autumn (Fall) there , were coming into Spring here
Al you forgot that every time you turn the water off the water drains out under ground so they dont freeze, thats how they work so a sink hole has probably came from what you instaled... 🙏 It isn't so it stops happening after you fill it in... Yes i agree Gina needs to learn the tractor in case you get sick.. the little tractor can be a blessing to you and Gina for field building, garden design and execution ...
Gina runs the Kubota but was busy filming today !
the leftover water in a hydrant is less than a gallon and there's gravel down there just for that purpose. No way it's related to the sinkhole.
Al, ya'll need a dump trailer. A 7ton dump trailer would save you al ot of time, fuel and hours of operation on the tractors. You move a lot of dirt and materials and it would come in so handy.
Good morning all.
Good morning Al and Gina, have a nice day.
I just love your home town. It's so quant! Thank you for showing clips of it.
Good morning Lumnah family and friends! Watching from Montverde, Florida.
Good Mornin Lumnah Acres & friends it’s always a good feeling to see that list dwindle down some especially before cold weather hits and Al now you can tell the cows that they will have grass hay when it’s all done then they can snack on it hopefully your grass does great 👍
The tractor looks a little light on the back with a full bucket. I think it would work better with some counterweight on the 3pt hitch.
Oh no- not another mower!
I'm surprised you didn't run the rake on the tractor over the area before seeding.
Good morning Lumnah Acres …
Goooooooood Morning Martin
Good morning, Martin my friend! 😊
Thanks for adding the flowers and leaves scenes.
LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
You two have been doing amazing. Kudos on all the accomplishments.👍
I forget just how huge that farm is. I can't imagine what it must feel like to own such a spread!
You guys do a great job. That looks so much better. Your place looks so good. 👍❤️
Ohio farm boy here. Al will your Side-by-Side fit in the Wood Shed to the to the left of the Wood Tots.
And put the rest of the Tractors, EX. etc. in the Big shop. You have got to get all your Farm Equip. in out of the The weather it will take the farm equip in a bad way the Moister will set in cause a lot of rust and forking out the BIG $'s over the years. LOL of LUCK in the coming years. In the Winter puting Trickle Chargers on all Battery Equip. Will help all Equip. start in the winter. goto a Auto Parts store and get a bag of Felt Pads to put under each battery post and satuate with oil. No more corosion. ( my spelling in getting bad, but oh well that is the way it goes when you get 84.)
That would be too senceable. TH-cam pays plenty of money for replacements
Let it grow , let it grow. I didn’t like spreading hay because it went all over me. I do however love how beautiful the field is growing.

How humiliating it would be living with a forced quit. You're a better man for having lived through it. BTW .. the shaky video from whatever is handheld sucks.
Good morning, guys!
Al, you need a good dump trailer, it would cut down on the hours on your tractor, and let you finish jobs like the sinkhole faster.
Fall is moving in just look around. Thumbs up 👍
Morning Lumnah family, I've said it before but you really need to get a steel tipping farm trailor about the capacity of the muck spreader you have for moving materials around the farm. Instead of all this driving about with the new tractor one bucket at a time 😢😢
Some day we’ll have one.
Cheers, some of nagging projects are getting checked off your list. They weigh heavy after such a long stretch of time when you can't get to them. Onward soldiers, to the next project before you run out of time. Love your channel. Blessings
I love ALL Lumnah Acres videos!
The new TYM has a larger bucket, but two buckets are bigger than one… I’m surprised that Gina hasn’t hopped into the other TYM to play around with all the attachments. Imagine how much faster those chores would go with both of you moving dirt, or one moving material and the other back-dragging, etc. 😊 Maybe once the Bobcat Toolcat is fixed, she would feel more comfortable running the bucket off of that smaller platform?
Really enjoy seeing the cows.
Gooood morning!! Happy Thursday!

Hi from Australia ❤
Good morning, it’s 77*, and the humidity is 89% 🥵 at 7am. That’s Florida 🤷♀️. I can’t wait for our winter, its more like fall (50’s and 60’s). Remember this comment from Gina when building the house. She wants a drive around driveway.
Gina have you tried to make home made marsh mallows for your fire pit? AL, drill holes in that bucket and swing it as you stroll over the area that needs seeding.
Fall projects underway!! Trees changing color just awesome!! Stay blessed all!!
Thanks Eric - hope you stay blessed as well!
@@samvalentine3206 morning Sam!!
Nice job with the excavator. You really got that sink hole leveled out.
You should sickle bar mow along your upper roads to harvest and use some hay on that remaining bare spot. Put hay on it this winter on the snow to allow the cows to fertilize it as well. Have you ever thought to drill and blast those big boulders you seem to have a lot of? They can take up a lot of your land and when drilled and broken down you could use a rock crusher to turn them into gravel. Jaw crushers are effective for all those medium large rocks you are forced to heap up along the fence lines. Those rocks will release their minerals by bacterial action after you crush them and put them back into the soil at a much higher rate than centuries it would normally take.
Good morning AL AND GINA AND LADY O.

As you continue to work the pile, the pile will continue to move away from you. When you see that happen drag the top of the pile toward the front because that allows you to fill your bucket easier, spin your tires less and accomplish more work with less time and effort
Be careful if you give Al advice, he won't listen, and all of the God botherers will attack your comments.
