This is not a mordan technology it is a old technology after all 1970 era but hard working every person.
These marsters place and remove marble slabs from the cart, sprinkling small stones between the slabs for sliding, and peel off a flat surface on the metal cart. Which then complicates grinding and polishing and throws away a wasted part of the material. If the craftsmen used the technologies and machines of the 21st century and did not do it by hand like a century ago, it would have turned out much better...
Problem is the Western people or governments don't wanna that those countries get their how knows or even completed machinery and technologies because of that they doing that way.
