Hooks for Harry Fishing Derby 2024

Newfane and Olcott hosted their 2024 youth fishing derby on June 22. Hooks for Harry, held in memory of Harrison Hazlett, was a resounding success with over 150 young fishers getting involved in three locations: the harbor marina, the pier, and the Burt dam. Prize support from community members and businesses this year was fantastic and served as a great introduction to the sport for many kids this summer!
