    Two images really stand out in my childhood..Freddie Mercury leaping around the stage and some cool dude belting out this great noise in a long hair band.Great to see you rocking away Graham,voice in a million.And Freddie would either be behind the sock counter at Harrods or producing wonderful music.It made me happy when asked about his favourite singers in a rare interview he said Aretha or Caballe or for rock' there's a guy in Rainbow' and no he wasn't talking about the others.Rock on!

    This is one of the most honest and enlightening mini music docs I have ever seen.... it is far from glamorous either side of the actual show. Love and respect from London 🇬🇧 X

      The ironic thing here is Graham just wouldnt change his dress style to suit Rainbow....Now here he is dressed up in Denims and a leather jacket.'just what Ritchie and Rainbow wanted him to wear' back in 1980!!!! His voice is still BRILLIANT tho

      @@glaswegiansouth-side2350 I thought i heard clips of Graham losing his voice a few years back but recent clips prove otherwise. It's amazing he can still sing this material with power.

    I am defiantly looking forward too this.... as I've never had the chance to see Graham live before.They happen to be playing on my birthday, so should be a great night. I hope they will reach back even further than the Rainbow stuff and play Baby Blue and Warm Ride..... as I remember in my childhood they were big hits here in Australia. Graham is such a awesome talent and the band sounds kick ass too!

    I was at the Sin City (Swansea) show. Graham wasn't too well on the night, so Giles took over the lead vocals, so the show could continue. He did a great job, and I've been lucky enough to see GBB/Alcatrazz a few more times since. Always a great show. I'll show my age now by saying I saw Graham on the Rainbow 'Down To Earth' tour, and at the very first Monsters Of Rock festival at Castle Donington!

    Drummers got a great attitude towards honouring the artists who played on the tracks. Hate it when players play all over a song and ruin it, and then say “I’m making it my own”.

    Why was Bonnet always fired after one album, with every good band that hired him.Rainbow-1 Impeliteri-1 MSG-1 I guess alcatraz was his longest gig?

    • @bethami
      @bethami 6 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      He wasn't fired from Rainbow, Impelliteri, or Alcatrazz, just MSG when "little Graham" made an appearance at their one and only show.

    Is that some random warm up melody riff or original song (starting at 0:30)? If it's a real track, could someone tell what is the name of that track/artist? Can't figure out myself, but sounds cool. :)
