The second pulse mode is actually 3, not 9. So this is not SiC after all.
@@TheSearleFamily123 It's actually overmodulated 9, when decelerating you can see it
Also notice the very tiny pulses on the sides of the 3P, making it a 5P, which is derived only from overmodulation
