If you put down a coat of clear wax first & wipe it back when you go in with your colored waxes (dark/brown, black or white) you can maneuver them around much better & also wipe them back much much easier to where you shouldn't ever have to go back in with paint & touch it up over the heavy wax. Also, if you lay down clear wax first like mentioned above, you can then use clear wax as an eraser. If the wax is still too heavy then take some clear wax & wipe it right off with the clear wax. You can also blend out your colored waxes with clear wax. Hope this helps 😊❤
