It's to supply water from the Missouri River to eastern ND cities in a severe drought situation.

Hey Piet. You guys are sitting at 9c today, Montreal is at 11c. We've had windows open since Monday. We had clear skies and 15c for the eclipse on Monday. It looks quite cold in the video. I thought to myself watching the spreader, that a very long train derailed on your property. I hope too, you negotiated water rights from that pipeline, since it is on your territory.

We tried, but the legislature designated the project for resident and commercial use only, not agriculture. That could change in the future.

Could be, it's likely a Swiss with some holstein genetics several generations back.
