I am disappointed the motivational poster: "Solutions: Volcano Hard, Every Day", got cut since it was in the middle of a writing section. Chat loved that poster most of all of the ones they made for that game.

As great an answer as it is for so many questions, When you fire the custodial staff and implement a chore wheel, you do not get Hookers and Pancakes. There's going to be a whole lot of crusty and sticky residue everywhere, that only encourages everyone to do the same, and your going to have to clean it all up at some point. You may be fine with your own stick, but are you okay with everyone else's?
