The reason White, Erwin L'ami, can take the pawn at 4:22 then Vidit, with black, later resigning is that Vidit realised he cannot play Nc4+.
This wins the Rook on a3.
But White now plays Kf6 threatening g7 to make a queen.
There is no good way for black to stop this.
Black thought there was no way White could ever take his pawn on a3. But he can.
1. Rxa3 Nc4+
2. Kf6 Nxa3
3. g7 and no way to stop White promoting
A few moves ago, if Vidit played King to the back rank controlling the g8 square, maybe it is a draw.

After the fork, the white king gets close to the last white pawn. Even if black gets the rook, white gets a queen first as the white king escorts the pawn.
