This was epic. It's rare when I like villain, but at the same time he doesn't really feel like a villain, more like a tragic story. I really hope we get to see a Return of Genesis in the next FF7 game. considering what the ending of DoC gave away. hopefully there's a way to save Genesis instead of taking him out.
***** That's cool. Hopefully after all the FF15 hype dies down the Square Enix team will focus on creating the next FF7 title and we get to see what happens next. I really am hoping Genesis will get a happy ending. And not that Vincent wasn't an awesome character to play (because he's one of my favs) but I hope the playable character for the continued story is once again Cloud. It just seems like the next chapter belongs to him considering the last main character to take on Gen was Zack.
***** Wait, who said it ended with DoC? Because I've seen the ending to DoC and if that was the end that has to be the worst ending ever. You can't just end a series where a big name character who hasn't been seen since the middle/end of Crisis Core to just suddenly reappear and tell the villain who was just defeated "We still have work to do" and just takes off into the night. Sure, we know the heroes all survived and it seems time is healing old wounds and issues, but Genesis provides a very promising new challenge.
***** Well, if it's IGN I wouldn't believe them. They did a recent review of the Kingdom Hearts 2.5 remix and they got so many things wrong it's laughable. I hope DoC isn't the end. I'm hopnig that they're only taking a break because there is a lot going on at Sqaure right now, with the whole FF15 release and KH3 still in the works.
@Gacktosan3 I wouldn't count on it actually happening until you hear a definite from the creator. I know he had hinted at the possibility, but he has a lot on his plate right now. He started a whole new branch of FF, which will be in three installments, and he's got two or three Kingdom Hearts games lined up in the future, along with one or two other titles of unrelated natures. IF this ever happens, it won't be for another good 3 or 4 years at best. :( I hope G is still on board by then. Lol!
Loved the video the little moving bars thing kinda thew it off for me the in general use of effects and timing of each is wonderful I'm faving this one.
