@FoodKart yes she would have a few years ago, but since we all know those things aren't coming back for higher midrange devices, we have learned to adapt to it. I got her the galaxy buds 2 pro a few years ago and she loves it because she can call and not have to carry her phone with her (also got a pair of galaxy buds fe with the phone for free which we plan to sell to subsidze the phone price more) Although the SD card thing does really suck since she likes to take pics/vids, you can get yourself a 256gb usb c flash drive for like $25 and not only provide extra storage for your phone but also transfer files to other devices much much faster. The headphone jack and micro SD card slots do really suck and I wish phones had them but since I can't make my own devices and wouldn't want to get a cheap phone and sacrifice specs + updates just for a headphone jack and/or SD card slot I can do nothing else but adapt with how things are now.
@@Halocraft021 Am happy to know your mom is tech savy 👌 But, carrying and slotting in an external flash drive for storage is totally incovienent- Don't ya think? I would have suggested A55, as it's actually top line usage wise except few things offcourse compared to FE.
@FoodKart I agree that carrying an external thumb drive is a pain compared to something built into a device, but like I said, you have to adapt (added it to her keychain). Also yes I was looking at the a55 for a while but I am in the USA which is where they really aren't sold and I have seen some on amazon for a while but tbh I wasn't really impressed especially with the exynos chipset which wasn't a major performance boost compared to the a54. (Yes s24fe also has exynos but it's the 2400e which is almost the same thing as the 2400 thats on the S24 series of phones not sold in the USA) Also, since the a55 isn't sold here for the reason that Samsung wants more ppl to buy the fe, I have a strong feeling that the a50 series of phones will not be sold over here anymore which is disappointing since it was my favorite tier of Samsungs budget phones (had a few before going S) but now cuts down choices which is either go down one to the a35 or go up to the s24 fe. (unless I wait for the a56 to "release" months after it is fully released around the world, which means getting one at the middle to end of 2025 since it releases typically in the first quarter of the year). The a35 and a52 5g are almost identical (the biggest difference is the processor, which is only slightly better), so paying about $250 for that, imo isn't worth it. But being able to get an s24fe for about $400 ($200 trade in credit for a52 5g which is INSANE + free buds fe that are $100 which I can sell for slightly cheaper) is a steal. It's definitely a pretty marginal difference compared to the a35 and even a55 for an extra $100-150ish especially in the processor and camera department and the extra 3 years of software updates + wireless/reverse-wireless charging is a nice touch.
Here in India the S24 is cheaper than the S24fe and S24+ is on par of the price as the fe, really makes no sense to upgrade at these prices from my S21fe but the fe series gets insane discounts after a few months of launch so I'll check it out then. I love the DJ & Grip Case
in my country the s24fe is 680 usd so it is a big no go ! 😐 why would i pay this much instead of getting s23+ , s23u or s24+ doesn't make any sense, but the covers are amazing the blue one is really amazing 😍

I did have the small s24 grip case in blue. I loved it. Sadly the grip did rip. I wish that gray color is available for the reg s24.
