Old guys??!! Why, you young whippersnappers! They're in their mid-fifties, a couple of years younger than the guys in Metallica. (And a couple of years older than me.) Ningen Isu have been going since the late 1980s and have made over twenty albums. Musically, their influences are the classics: Hendrix, Zeppelin, Sabbath, King Crimson, Deep Purple, Budgie, Motorhead, etc. Their lyrics are mostly based on Japanese literature and folklore. At the start of 2020 they played their first gigs outside Japan, and I was lucky enough to see them in London. It was an amazing show with a great atmosphere. I don't know who was happier to be there, the audience or the band. There's an official live video of Heartless Scat from that show, if you want to get a glimpse of it. It was the last gig I attended before the pandemic arrived and shut down live music. They have a ton of good songs. For reaction purposes, try Great King of Terror (the first Ningen Isu song I heard), The Colour Out of Space, and Voice of Nothing.
This band kept appearing in my recommended videos but I'd never heard them so glad I have now! definitely hearing a bit of Led Zeppelin in the guitar there. The band looked like they were having so much fun!
This is their (version?) cover of Budgie's Breadfan (back from 1973 a seminal rock classic) you guys should check out the original MV (Metallica cited them as a major influence and used to do it as an encore in the early days. (their are English subtitles of this on some videos of this and the lyric is insane😂)!
You just saw Necronomidol, which has some songs inspired by H. P. Lovecraft. So, Ningen Isu has strong influences from literature. I know at least two of your songs inspired by H. P. Lovecraft, At the Mountains of Madness and The Color Out of Space.
David Bowie's 'China Girl' is also a Cover...... Got a Problem with Covers? One of my favorite songs from Band-Maid is on the World Domination Album, the last song called 'Honey', which is a Cover of an Original MUCC tune.... iT's a Banger, by either Band! Y'all should check out Honey by Band-Maid at the least.....

Strong Black Sabbath vibe
This is a cover of Budgie's Breadfan. Which was covered by Metallica also.
That's interesting. Tbh, I dislike Metallica, BUT i think Michael has not listened to any Metallica.
Have you seen Iggy Pop's 'China Girl' Live from Le Grand REX, Paris? ..... life is just a fantasy, can you live this fantasy life?......
@@MichaelReactstoMusic You need some St-Anger in your lives, boys.....
