This movie was filmed at the Essence Fest in New Orleans the year before the movie was released. I was actually in the audience for the scene when Regina Hall was giving her speech at the end of the movie. It was fun. I'm from New Orleans and I go to the Essence Fest every year.

Billy, you've out done yourself! I always holler when you're reacting! Shout out to Antonio! Never been to Essence Fest or Mardi Gras (I just don't like huge crowds), but I love New Orleans! Even though this wasn't a movie for editing "details", the producers knew the actors would carry the show anyway. One real answer I wanna give...I would tell my gf right away if I knew her man was cheating. It's hard because some women don't want to hear this, even if they suspect it to be true. They could take their anger out on you. But, in the long run, they'll appreciate you for it. Nothing worse than literally being the last to know.

I love all the Trip movies, esp. the comedies. Road Trip, Eurotrip (Scottie doesn't know!!!), National Lampoon's Vacation, Dumb & Dumber, Zombieland, Drive Angry, Pee Wee's Big Adventure, Blues Brothers, Little Miss Sunshine. Planes, Trains & Automobiles is one of my favorites. Girls Trip was surprisingly one of the nastiest b/c when it came out, I hadn't known Tiffany Haddish yet, but I'm here for it! I got friends like her! That one ghetto friend who will never be appropriate, but will always have your back.

I have not been to the Essence Festival. But I am from New Orleans! I was born there and raised in Maryland as we moved up here when Hurricane Katrina happened. We came up here to stay with my aunt and we ended up staying here. You should definitely visit New Orleans if you get the chance to Billy! I'd definitely go with you!

#Bingers From Justin to Kelly would be a good one to react to. Kelly Clarkson won the first ever American Idol show and this movie was what the show wanted the winner and some of the other contestants to film afterwards. Kelly stated a while back that she did not want to do it, that she did not want to be a movie person but really was a stipulation of the contract and obligation of the winner for the show. Justin Guarini was runner up and this was his dream to be in movies a d that sort of career. I know it's a bit on the cheesy side and didn't seem to have good reviews, but I LOVED it. You get to see Kelly back in her younger days and her dancing and singing talents. In my opinion she could be a great actress because she did amazing in the show. I guess I just get into a lot of musical type shows... such as grease, mama mia, ugly dolls, this one... I know you seem to like Kelly Clarkson and she's also the voice of Moxy in Ugly Dolls, which is another great movie choice that you should watch. It has a lot of different singing stars and actors in it and an animated kids show.

How/ when I would tell them would depend on a few things. First, am I close friends with both partners? Or just the one being cheated on? If I'm only friends with the one cheated on, I'd tell them IMMEDIATELY (Though break it to them softly and in a safe space). If I'm friends with the "cheater" and there is definitive proof, I'd give them the "either you tell them or I will" speech with a time limit.
