ŞIRNAK-CIZRE-KURDISH WEDDING

I attended a Kurdish wedding in Şırnak Cizre. I tried to share as many images with you as I could. The importance given to traditional clothing in Kurdish weddings caught my attention and I liked it. The fact that women wear lots of gold over their traditional clothes actually reflects Kurdish culture. Bih gold is usually real, but those who don't have the condition wear gold plated silver or copper work.
